Summary: Everyday English Level 1 is designed to help students progress from only having the ability to speak a few English words to being able to read simple sentences, develop basic conversational English, and begin to develop the ability to write simple sentences. This course will specifically work on covering English topics that are faced in everyday life. A Dari/Pashto Translator will be there to help with comprehension.

Summary: Cyber safety is becoming more and more of an issue today with advancements in technology. This is for beginners wishing to learn how to be safe online. Topics will include how to store and make strong passwords, how to avoid scams, shopping online, and more.

Class will address various aspects of the hospitality industry covering: food handling, hygiene, customer service, communication skills, and espresso coffee making skill development. The course is sequential, and it is anticipated that learners will attend each session over the six weeks to develop their knowledge and skills and work towards the final pop-up café session.
