Five-Year Strategic Plan

In 2025, the SLAC team conducted a range of stakeholder consultations and research to formulate a five-year strategic plan that will to run from 2025-2030. Our five-year Vision 2030 Strategy allows our team and the community to visualise the evolution of the organisation by 2030 and provides guidance and direction for achieving this vision.
